Copy and Content Writing
I’m a content creator and a copy writer. But I bring so much more to your projects. I have decades (gulp, I don't feel that old!) of experience as a senior marketing professional working across multiple sectors; blue chip technology firms, small start-ups, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare, charities and not for profits, public sector, education, travel and the Beverage sector….. the list is pretty big….
I’ve worked client-side and agency side and have a wealth of international experience.
And add to that a first degree in Anthropology followed by a master’s in Marketing ….in a nutshell I bring experience and insight.
I stand in the shoes of the target audience every time, understanding what makes them tick and developing content and crafting words that will resonate with them, and deliver for you.
My passion is health-care communications; having spent 12 years caring for a daughter with very complex needs I was immersed in this world and the complex language and nuance. In fact, when I’m not writing I teach healthcare professionals, focusing on communications with patients and parent carers and ethical decision making in the context of end of life care.
I am agile and responsive, happy to work alone, via skype/zoom, on client site. Used to working across functions and with diverse audiences from creative directors, board members, research scientists, technologists, advocacy groups.....I bring experience and insight and my passion for getting under the skin of a creative brief and understanding the target audience means I hit the ground running and deliver to deadline.

Content development and copy for a toolkit to enable HealthCare professionals to use social media in order to counter anti-vaxxer misinformation
Ongoing retained hours to research themes and develop engaging social media content for a pharmaceutical company
Research and development of content and copy across multiple channels (including development of interview questions for films) to support themed campaigns for a pharmaceutical company
Copy and content lead for the development of a campaign to position a global brewing firm in the sustainability space including all web content, social media content (proactive and reactive), offline collateral and an Op Ed.
